And for BOTH of us there are very valid reasons why we are here, and why we want to help!
If we are asking our clients to be vulnerable and truthful with us, to place their ultimate trust in us, it’s only fair and right that we share OUR WHY!
Sara and I have both unfortunately experienced relationships in our past that were abusive. For Sara, an ugly divorce with a bitter battle that put her children square in the middle. Let’s face it, divorces are never a cake walk no matter the circumstances but some end with more scars than others. Though our individual experiences were different, we have BOTH walked through fire to get to where we are today, to become the successful women that we are today, and to stand here today and say we made it through!
We both know what it takes to overcome the obstacles, the crisis moments, the financial burdens, the harassment, the feeling of being alone, the “what do I do now?”. The complete emotional whirlwind that comes with living through this kind of situation, while still trying to function as a mother, a businesswoman or even just a person is like no other. After all, us women want to handle it all… because if we can’t, that makes us weak.
We both feel that from living through what we did, and with what our careers have given us to date, that we can be what our client’s need and deserve, as we help THEM “get back to good” as I like to say!
We strive to give women control of their own lives again, we look at the big picture, so you don’t have to.
To us, it’s never an end…it’s simply a new beginning!

Nicole Reyse – Project Management & Client Coordination
Nicole Reyse is Co-Founder of Reyse & MacDonald Strategic Advisory, where she leads project management, client coordination, and operational strategy across advisory engagements.
Nicole specializes in creating structure and clarity during complex personal situations by coordinating the many moving parts that often arise in periods of transition, conflict, or elevated risk. Her role includes managing timelines, organizing documentation, liaising with professional teams, and ensuring that our client’s experience continuity and stability throughout the advisory process.
With a strong background in operations and organizational leadership, Nicole brings exceptional attention to detail, calm problem-solving, and discretion to sensitive environments. She is particularly skilled at maintaining order and forward momentum during emotionally demanding circumstances, allowing both clients and professional partners to remain focused on decision-making rather than logistics. Nicole’s approach is grounded in professionalism, responsiveness, and a deep respect for client care and confidentiality.
She plays a central role in ensuring that advisory engagements remain structured, efficient, and strategically aligned.

Sara MacDonald — Investigative Strategy & Risk Advisory
Sara MacDonald is Co-Founder of Reyse & MacDonald Strategic Advisory, where she leads investigative strategy, risk assessment, and crisis advisory services.
Sara brings a background in investigative and compliance-focused environments, providing clients with structured risk insight and information clarity during complex personal and relational situations. Her work often involves identifying potential vulnerabilities, supporting documentation strategy, and helping clients and their professional teams understand the factual landscape needed to make informed decisions.
She is known for her calm, analytical approach to high-pressure situations and her ability to bring clarity to emotionally charged environments. Sara works collaboratively with legal, financial, and therapeutic professionals when appropriate, helping coordinate information and strategy while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Her focus is on reducing uncertainty, protecting client interests, and supporting thoughtful decision-making during periods of transition or elevated risk.
